  • All out candles are handmade, and custom crafted. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery

Return Policy

  • Customer satisfaction guaranteed.
    If you are unhappy with your candles, you can return them at your shipping expense within 15 days of purchase.

    Please include the reason for returning your candles.
    Ask for a return authorization number.
    No refunds will be issued without this number
    • Please write this number on a piece of paper, and insert it with the returned candle.
  • All returned items must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.

Sales Tax

Candle Care and Safety

  1. Always burn candles away from drafts, uneven airflows cause your candles to burn unevenly, smoke, and drip wax.
  2. Before entertaining guests, light and extinguish your candles. Candles will light quicker and easier.
  3. Never burn candles unattended. It is easy to forget about a lit candle.
  4. Never expose candles to direct sunlight or direct lighting. Candles will fade if left in direct light for any extended period of time.
  5. To extinguish a candle, hold your fingers in front of the flame, and blow through your fingers. This will allow the air to flow around your fingers and extinguish it from both sides. This will prevent hot wax from splattering, and will also help to keep your wick from falling.
  6. Always keep your candle away from anything that can catch fire.
  7. For a slower and more even burning candle, refrigerate your candles before burning. With Sports Candles of America candles, you will only need to refrigerate the tea candle if desired. Wrap your candles in foil or plastic before refrigerating to prevent the wicks from absorbing moisture.

    Caution: Refrigerating your candles too long could cause your candles to crack.
  8. To remove wax from washable materials, scrape off as much wax as possible. Then run boiling water through the material to remove remaining wax.
